After a long search I got a software named 'Open Hardware Monitor' which can detect the laptop fan but it is showing as 'GPU Fan' when I am using ATI HD6770 graphics card. But when I am changing it to power saving Intel HD 3000 there is no fan detected (Switchable Graphics with Fixed Manual Mode).

Even though the sensor chip might be able to change fan speeds, the hardware manufacturer still has to include some external circuitry.
