We will gladly provide assistance. Canon has not yet posted Windows 8 drivers to the internet for this model. Windows 8 is basically Windows 7 with the Start menu removed.

Windows 7 drivers are working on Windows 8 computers in our office. You most likely have the 64 bit version of Windows 8 Pro. Note: To find your version of Windows 8, on your keyboard, hold the Windows key and press the Pause/Break key (upper, right).
