My hp envy 5530 wireless printer worked when I had windows 8.1. When upgraded to windows 10 the printer was grayed out and would not work. When I clicked on it it said no driver detected. Checked for updated drivers said drivers were up to date. Uninstalled and reinstalled.

Software downloaded but when it tried to install the printer it came up with can not be installed over the network. We have another computer running windows 7 that we upgraded to windows 10 and there was not a problem. It works fine.

I have tried everything I could find on hp support, even tried shutting off firewalls and virus protection and tried installing it. Still did not work. I really am at a loss as what to do now. If I move the printer to another location it will not be in range of both computers, so have not tried it directly into the computer.
