Welcome along. It's always nice to see a new face here every so often. It appears that the files ending in.hpe are files for use with HPUserEdit, a free HP program editor. I downloaded (and installed) HPUserEdit (I can't quite remember the site offhand), opened up one of those.hpe files in HPUserEdit, and the source turns up in an editing window. You can then save this to the calculator directly (File->Send To Calculator), or export it as a more standard.hp file which you can then copy to the SD card.
