The PDF Printer Driver can be installed from the Documents tab, which will install a printer for you to choose when printing any document. The OfficeTools PDF printer driver will be found in the list of all of your printers and will print a copy of the desired document to PDF and import it into the DMS. If you navigate to the Documents tab located at the top of the WorkSpace screen, you will have access to all documents for the contact selected in the list on the left. In the toolbar, you will notice an Install button that will allow access to install the PDF Printer Driver. Choose that option and select Install Driver.
